What is the charge for a custom order?
There is no additional charge for a custom order. We welcome any customization you may desire and will work with you until you are happy.
What is the process of having a custom order completed?
Once we know you are interested in a custom order, we will ask you a variety of questions including areas of style, sizing, budget and favorites. We will then create a number of items for you to review within the specifications you require. We will send you preview photos to receive your input before completing the final product. Only then, once you are satisfied with your custom order, will we invoice you for the item.
How quickly do you ship the items I purchased?
We will try to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order. As a number of items we make are made-to-order, we will always inform you if there is any type of delay.
How do you ship my items?
Our standard shipping method is Canada Post Air Mail and all packages are mailed in a padded bubble envelope or securely boxed. If you require a different service or overnight/express delivery, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
Do you have an actual store where I can shop in person?
At this time, Crimson Orchid only sells over the internet or at selected knitting stores. Please see our Blog for a list of locations we can be found at.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We are happy to offer wholesale pricing for knitting/yarn stores and other retail vendors. If you are interested in carrying our items, please contact us and we can send you our detailed catalogue and price list. We are also happy to work with vendors to create exclusive items directly for their locations.
